Juan traveled to Texas from Guadalajara, working hard for several years in Mexican restaurants as a dishwasher and busboy before making his own dreams of owning a restaurant a reality.  After years of saving up, Juan first opened Acapulco Mexican Grill in Beaumont, Texas yet later decided that it was time for Madisonville to finally have a Mexican restaurant that could offer the authentic dishes that their other patrons have grown to love.  Whether its jumbo grilled shrimp served up spicy, or a mouth-watering Mexican grilled steak topped with Monterrey cheese, the food is sure to please!
